Zaozersky "Stonehenge"
There is a mystical place near the village of Zaozerye in the Belynichi district - there is a stone "Stonehenge" here.

The complex is a kind of a temple or burial ground with a large stone cross and stones scattered around in a certain system in the form of a cube, hemisphere, plate. On many of them you can see almost erased images of circles, crosses, lines, triangles. Twelve-, six- and four-pointed crosses, an arrow, a branch, and triangles are carved on individual stones.

The most impressive is a large stone four-pointed cross with the image of a wolf's muzzle in the middle of the cross. It immediately attracts attention with its size, concavity of the surface, specially made side crossbars that resemble hands and as if they want to embrace-embrace the space in front of them. A person leaning against the hemisphere of the cross and closing his eyes immediately begins to feel his unity with him.

To the west of the cross is a boulder in the form of a slab or plate. The shape of the signs carved on it is interesting. This is the "man-cross" and its smaller copy and other signs. It is believed that these may be ancient ideas of people about the cosmos and the universe, which are rooted deep in the centuries.

There are also three boulders in the cross temple, imitating a human footprint in appearance. One of them is located at the "entrance" to the complex, and two are located at the edges. All the stones are overgrown with moss, and periodically they go deeper into the ground until the water and local enthusiasts dig them out.

Many legends are associated with this place. They say that once the stones were soft, like wax, because an animal or a person could leave such traces right in the stone. Some later traditions, already from the time of Christianity, boil down to the fact that these are the traces of Christ or the Virgin. The water that flows down from the boulders during the rain is considered healing by the locals, and the stones themselves are prophetic. Many believe that if you fall to the stone with a request or grief, the stone will "hear and help."
