It is located in the center of the village of Gorki. It was built in the second half of the 19th century.

 It was opened in 1988-90. A monument of architecture of the retrospective Russian style. The main two-level volume ends with a bulbous dome on a cylindrical drum over a sloping 4-sloped roof. Above the tent of the bell tower there is also a bulbous head on a cylindrical drum. Double arched window openings are decorated with curbs, intricate figured platbands. At the points of the plastered facades, blades, jagged pediments and friezes, arched niches are used. The main entrance is represented by a porch with a paved staircase and a wedge-shaped canopy. The interior of the central hall is bounded by a large arcade.
