A Soviet partisan, one of the organizers of the Osipovichi communist underground, the head of a partisan sabotage group during the Great Patriotic War in Belarus.

The monument to the partisan, underground hero Fyodor Krylovich was installed on the platform of the Osipovichi railway station in 2009. Funds for its production were collected by the whole district with the active participation of young people.
