Memorial monument-cannon in Belynichi
The town of Belynichi got to the pages of the history of the Patriotic War of 1812 thanks to the hussar commander, poet-partisan Denis Davydov, who was awarded the Order of St. George of the 4th class for courage and outstanding commanding abilities in the battles of Soltanovka, Krasny, Kopys and Belynichi.

One of the streets is named in honor of the national hero in the district center, and a cannon from the distant war is installed in one of the corners of the urban settlement. The work was done by Gomel craftsmen. People stop near it to touch the history.
