Glusk Regional Museum of History and Local Lore
Since earlier in g.p. There was no museum in Glusk, the work on creating a museum exposition was the first experience of creating a museum from a “clean slate”. The permanent exposition of the museum is devoted to the history of the Glusk region from antiquity to the present, located in 5 halls. The total area of the exposition halls is 218 m2. Along with the permanent exhibition, the museum has an exhibition hall where traveling exhibitions are held. Paintings by artists, photo exhibitions, objects of arts and crafts, tapestry embroidery and much more are displayed here. The total area of the exhibition hall is -78 m2. Museum-pedagogical classes are held for children. The subjects of museum studies are varied: the history of holidays, rituals, crafts and crafts of Gluschyna. One of the main activities of the museum is research work. Museum staff is constantly collecting materials about the history of the villages of the Glusk region, the development of industry, agriculture, culture, education, medicine of the region, prominent people of the region, and much more.
