Last week Minsk was visited by the chiefs of missions of 49 teams which will take part in the II European Games. In general, the guests positively assessed the preparation of Minsk for the conduct of the competitions. 

For three days the team got acquainted with sports facilities, conditions of training, places of residence of athletes and also attended specially organized press conferences, met with diplomats. The mission chiefs noted the importance of the fact that sports facilities, which will be used during the competitions in 2019, are actively used today.  

The II European Games will be held in Minsk in June 2019. 10 out of 15 presented sports disciplines will qualify for participation in the Olympic Games (Tokyo, 2020), competitions in 4 kinds of sports (judo, badminton, boxing, heraldry in kayaks) will have the status of European championships.
