The results of the republican contest "City of Culture - 2017", organized by the Ministry of Culture of Belarus, as well as regional and Minsk city executive committees are announced.

Grodno became the "best regional center" of Belarus.

In the nomination "Best city of regional subordination" the winner was Bobruiskof the Mogilev region. 

At the level of district subordination the best was the city of Svetlogorsk of the Gomel region.

The title of "The best urban settlement" was awarded to Sopotskin, "the best agro-town" was Odelsk.
