Visa to Belarus will be replaced by a fan's passport during t he 2018 World Cup 2018 

On May 29, the Foreign Ministers of Belarus and Russia signed an agreement according to which football fans who come to Russia for the World Cup will be able to visit Belarus between June 4 and July 25 without a visa. Visas will be replaced by a fan's passport, which is issued to everyone who has a ticket for football matches.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be held in Russia from June 14 to July 15. It is expected that the mundial will visit more than three million fans.
