How to book an OBJECT on Vetliva?
 
1. Fill out the booking module on the main page:
• select the type of OBJECT (sanatorium/…/tour/transfer),
• enter the name of the OBJECT (optional),
• select the required dates,
• indicate the number of guests (adults and children),
• press the SEARCH button.
 
2. In the resulting list of suitable OBJECTS, select the one you like and click the “Details” button.
(For easier selection, you can use filter and sort).
 
3. On the detailed page of the selected OBJECT on the “Book” tab, on the appropriate option, you must click “Select” so that the OBJECT is added to the cart.
(If there is no suitable option, you can leave a request for a reservation or change the parameters in the module).

4. Go to the cart, select the desired OBJECT by tick, checkout and pay.

If the customer refuses the services (refuses the contract for the provision of services) in whole or in part before their start date, he must independently cancel the booked services in his personal account on the website or send a letter of refusal of services to the email address support@vetliva.com. If the customer does not have such an opportunity (lack of access to the Internet, etc.), he must contact the contractor by phone and cancel the services verbally (+375291154949). The contract is considered terminated after the contractor assigns it the “Cancelled” status in the Personal Account and sends the corresponding service letter to the customer.

If the customer refuses the services (refuses the contract for the provision of services) in whole or in part before their start date, regardless of the reasons, the funds for paid services are returned to the customer by the contractor to the card with which the purchase was made within 30 days, depending on the bank , who issued the card minus the actual expenses incurred by the contractor related to organizing the provision of services to the customer (third parties), including payment of a commission to the bank for transferring funds to the contractor’s partner, penalties imposed by the contractor’s partners for cancellation of services, and other expenses of the contractor, confirmed by documents.
