In 2 locations (the village of Nikoltsy and the village of Gatovichi) there are 14 houses with the maximum use of natural materials in the design and interior, equipment with appliances and furniture, modern bathrooms and air conditioners, satellite TV and the Internet. Each house or apartment has its own terrace or balcony, the surrounding area has its own barbecue area.

For an absolutely carefree holiday, there is a cafe on the estate where you can order food and not think about cooking. We will be happy to receive you in our cozy cafe or deliver you to the house.

For the little guests of the estate, we have 2 playgrounds with slides, swings and sandboxes. On the territory of the estate live our goats and geese with goslings, which are so adored by children!
