The Minor "U Nikodzima" is located in a picturesque place in the town of Mir. The estate (0.30 ha) has two buildings. The first building on the ground floor is equipped with a bath, shower, 1.5*2 bath, dining room with necessary equipment for cooking and eating, TV and karaoke. On the second floor of 2 rooms with well-equipped bathrooms and all necessary for living 2-4 people. The rooms have 2 beds and sofas (table, TV and dishes).

A summer indoor room with a transparent roof is attached to the building. There is a Russian oven and a mangal, also in this room summer pool 3x5, tables for banquets for 30 people, there is a TV, a music center. This room exotically has a sweet grape which will grow 20 days before in the open ground. Guests are allowed to enjoy grapes.

Next to the building is the second one, where the owner lives on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor separate entrance, there are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. All rooms except room 6 have balconies with a magnificent view of the Mir village and the Mir Castle. To the center of Mir village 600-700 m.

On the Minor there is a house for two peaple (without amenities). Facilities at 25 m, in the bathhouse building.

Also on the territory there is parking for cars and auto trailers (parking is free), two summer pavilions, 2 barbecue grills, 2 swings for adults and children.

There is a trampoline, tennis, a greenhouse, a bird shed (chickens, pheasant and quail). The farm has a Donkey and a Horse trained for riding in the saddle. Aviary for 2 huskies. 

There are also beds for use by vacationers (strawberries, currants, raspberries, carrots, peas, etc.). All of these are allowed to eat, lovers are allowed to help look after plants and fruit trees.

The attention of tourists is also attracted by a bed of Far Eastern ginseng and beds with medicinal and spicy plants.

We prepare breakfasts and dinners (by order). If you need to serve a banquet, we invite the cook.
