The guest house "Usadba Na Podlesnoy" is located in the Yukhnovreserve, in the cottage village of Yukhnovka, 15 km from the Uruchie metro station in the Moscow direction.

In Yukhnovka, next to the bus stop, there are 3 food shops, an outpatient clinic, a pharmacy, and 100 meters from the estate stretches the forest, 1 km to the reservoir and the rehabilitation center, where you can get various physiotherapy. The Silichi ski slope is also 37 km from the estate.

The country house "Manor Na Podlesnoy" opened its doors to guests in 2012.

The grounds of the estate provides a plot of 17 acres with landscape design, which is illuminated at night, where there are Russian stoves on the street, a bath on wood and a guest house.

The Guest House has all the amenities for comfortable accommodation:

• gas heating;
• hot water;
• filtering water for the whole house plus extra in the kitchen;
• electricity;
• sewerage.

Second floor: two rooms with separate wardrobes and a bathroom. 

The house is protected by the Department of Protection, 24/7 video surveillance of the perimeter site.

Having rented a house, you and your family will gain comfort, pleasure and rest after the bustle of the city and working day. There are several recreational areas on the site, where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air with the smell of pine and other pines, where it is beautiful at any time of the day and at any time of the year.  All this for a modest fee.
