The guest house is located on the territory of the same name estate "Bobrovaya Khata".

The two-story house made of centuries-old pine wood includes 7 rooms, a picturesque living room with a bar and fireplace, a dining room, 3 bathrooms with showers, two spacious terraces. All rooms, except the category "Suite" are located on the 2nd floor.

Single room for one guest. And suitable for someone who appreciates personal space.

Twin standards (four rooms) are equipped with two single beds, which can be moved if necessary.

The junior suite is designed for two guests, but the presence of 2 large double beds will accommodate the whole family.

The suite with a private bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has two exits - to the terrace and to the common living room.

All rooms, regardless of the "class", are equipped with additional furniture in the form of storage systems, chairs, bedside tables, consoles and modern television sets. Bathrooms are equipped with showers, there are no interruptions with hot water. In case of cold weather in summer, all cottages are heated.

Up to 50 guests can relax in the Bobrovaya Khata Estate at the same time. And this means that large enterprises and labor collectives can rent the estate for their employees as a whole.

The territory is a landscaped land area fenced with a stone-wooden fence. On the territory there are: a banquet hall, a common gazebo, a sports field for playing volleyball or basketball, a large stone brazier, objects of small decorative architecture, a playground. In addition, each cottage of the estate has its own fenced area with a barbecue lawn and a parking lot.

On the lake shore (70 meters from the estate) there is a beach with a gazebo and a pontoon, a diving tower and a boat garage.

A special pride of the Bobrovaya Khata staff is a Russian bath with a font.

  • Soaking up on sun loungers under the summer sun is always a great idea! Beach rest (sand) and swimming in the lake Prolobno, which is 70 meters from the territory of the cottage complex; the lake is flowing, so the water is clean and environmentally perfect;
  • Zorbing is nothing more than a hot air balloon ride through a picturesque lake. A young and extreme sport, it is a great alternative for those who cannot sit still;
  • Catamarans, developed on the basis of an exercise bike, a walk on them has a positive effect on strengthening physical fitness;

  • SUBsurfing: a walk on the board relieves stress, strengthens the cardiovascular system;

  • A boat trip will reunite you with nature: the water is so clear that white lilies bloom here in the middle of summer;

  • Seasonal trips for berries and mushrooms to the generous forests of the Vitebsk region: there are a lot of blueberry fields near the estate, mushrooms, boletus, chanterelles and other less “noble” but no less tasty mushrooms grow in plenty. So, you can return home with edible forest trophies.
In winter, the Bobrovaya Khata is a real magic! Snow-covered houses and trees, fabulous nature, the atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
