Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the Guest of the guaranteed reservation is carried out on the following conditions:

The cancellation of the guaranteed reservation no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of arrival does not imply penalties;
A later cancellation of the guaranteed reservation implies the withholding of the prepayment in the amount of the cost of the first night stay.

The cancellation of the guaranteed reservation by the Administration is carried out in those situations when the Guest did not cancel the reservation on time and did not use the reserved accommodation service until the estimated hour of the day following the agreed day of arrival. In this case, prepayment for the first day of placement is not refundable.
If the arrival of the Guest occurred after the cancellation of the guaranteed reservation by the Administration, the placement service is provided only if such an opportunity exists and on the current terms of its provision. Administration is not liable if it is not provided to the Guest or for rendering it on other terms.
