The Nyvky tourist complex is located in a forest glade near Lake Manets and the Buzyanka River, just 300 meters from the Minsk-Vitebsk motorway. Plavno Hotel Comlex is 9 km away, and the central estate of the Berezinsky Reserve is 6 km away.

The tourist complex "Nyvky" is located in the Lepelsky district, on the territory of the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve.
