- the medical record or n extract from the patient card (it is important for purpose of the correct course of treatment).

Cost of issuing a sanatorium card: 74 BYN for a woman, 59 BYN for a man. The term of registration is 1-2 days. During the registration of the sanatorium card medical procedures are released.

Отдыхала с подругой в октябре 2017 года по путевке с лечением. Из Москвы заказывали через сайт vetliva.ru, сразу же и оплатили карточкой, быстро и просто. Корпус у нас был Лесной. Удобным моментом оказалось то, что корпус крытым переходом соединен с лечебным и главным корпусом и выходить на улицу не нужно. Персонал был доброжелателен и внимателен к нашим пожеланиям. Остались довольны лечением, вернемся к вам снова.
