The health resort is located in the city of Gomel, a 10-15 minute walk from the railway and bus stations. The nearest body of water, the Sozh River, and a recreation park can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes, or on foot in 35-40 minutes. The building of the health resort consists of a sleeping (5 floors) and medical (4 floors) buildings, interconnected by a covered passage.

In the health resort you can get balneophysiotherapeutic treatment for a variety of ailments, comprehensively and in full. The medical base of the health resort is represented by a unique complex of natural and preformed medical factors.
