• Minsk - health resort "Dubrovenka" (about 192 km):
along the M4 highway (Minsk - Mogilev) to the intersection with the P123 highway (Prisno - Mostok - Dribin - Gorki) (about 185 km); at the junction to the left, along the P123 highway (Prisno - Mostok - Dribin - Gorki) until the intersection with the P76 highway (Orsha - Shklov - Mogilev) (about 7 km); to the left, along the P76 highway (Orsha - Shklov - Mogilev) to the sign for the Dubrovenka sanatorium on the left (about 0.4 km)
• Polotsk - Vitebsk (about 105 km):
along the P20 highway (Vitebsk - Polotsk - Latvian border (Grigorovshchina)) to Vitebsk (about 105 km)
• Vitebsk - health resort "Dubrovenka" (about 140 km):
along the M8 highway (border of Russia (Ezerishche) - Vitebsk - Gomel - border of Ukraine (Novaya Guta) until the intersection with the P123 highway (Prisno - Mostok - Dribin - Gorki) (about 140 km); to the right, along the P123 highway (Prisno - Mostok - Dribin - Gorki) to the intersection with the P76 highway (Orsha - Shklov - Mogilev); to the right, along the P76 highway (Orsha - Shklov - Mogilev) until the sign to the Dubrovenka sanatorium on the left (about 0.4 km).

By public transport

• from Minsk to Mogilev: daily passenger trains, as well as from the bus station "Central" regular buses every two hours;
• from Mogilev to the Dubrovenka sanatorium: from the station square, guests are met by a service bus, departure time on weekdays, as well as on arrival days - 7.45, 9.00, 12.05, 17.20, 19.30, on weekends - 7:45, 19: 45. 
From the railway station to the stop "Preventorium" suburban buses run Mogilev - Rechki, Mogilev - Shklov, Mogilev - Gribachi, departure time - 6.19 (Mon-Fri), 6.59 (Sat, Sun), 8.51 (daily), 8.59 (Sat ), 12.31, 14.59, 15.46 (daily), 17.24 (except Fri), 18.09 (Fri), 19.06 (Fri-Sun).
Also, suburban trains Mogilev - Orsha leave daily from the railway station Mogilev to the station Polykovskie Khutora (600 m from the station to the sanatorium).
