Where do most tourists come from to Belarus

27.09.2019 Minsk

The annual flow of tourists to Belarus is growing, and this is largely due to the visa-free regime. In 2016, 10.9 million arrivals were recorded in our country, in 201711 million. In 2018, this figure increased by half a million, and the average duration of visits is 5 days.

Most of all, the Belarusian direction is popular with tourists from:

  • Russia

  • Lithuania

  • Poland

  • Latvia

  • Ukraine

  • Germany

  • China

  • Spain

  • Estonia

  • Great Britain.

The tourist flow in some directions has almost doubled, for example, from Lithuania, Poland, Latvia and Spain. The Russians still make up the largest group of tourists, since spa holidays in Belarus are in constant demand among them.
