Regional Art Museum named after P.V. Maslenikov in Mogilev
The building was erected in 1903-1914, designed by architect Alexander Drucker, with features of Art Nouveau, Russian style and late classicism.
Before the arrival of Soviet power the building housed the Peasant's Land Bank and the Gentlemen's Land Bank.
In 1919-1932 the Mogilev State Historical Museum was located, and after it the Mogilev Regional Committee of the Communist Party. It also kept a special storage - an armored safe-room, where the most valuable exhibits were kept till the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The main of them is the Cross of Euphrosyne of Polotsk (1161), lost during the war.

On January 22, 1996, the museum was named after Pavel Vasilievich Maslenikov.
