Regional Philharmonic in Vitebsk

History of origin

And the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic Society was opened here only in 1989 on the basis of the tour and concert department of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society. In 2005, a large-scale reconstruction of the building was completed, retaining the flavor of the Stalinist Empire style.
