At the cemetery in the village of Gorka, on a hill in a wooded area, there are stones-boulders. Three huge stones formed an arch. And within a radius of 2 meters from the arch there is a fourth stone-a boulder. It was popularly dubbed the "stone gate" or "poklonnye stones". The height of the stones is 2 meters 46 centimeters, the width is 3 meters. The stones are covered with moss. The formation of this rock is associated with the Sozh glaciation, which occurred 220-130 thousand years ago and occupied our territory.

Under the influence of water and high ice pressure, stones-boulders were formed from sedimentary rocks. The local population considers the stones holy. The existing legends and legends about stones tell that from time immemorial people have come to the stones to be cured of diseases. You will pass under the "stone gate", and the disease will go away. However, stones are treated only by decent people and those who came with faith in healing. And because of bad people, the stones grow a few centimeters into the ground every time. At one time, the" stone gate " was so high that a rider could freely pass under it. In the old days, on St. George's Day, crowded holidays with equestrian competitions were organized here. The horsemen who were gathering from all over the neighborhood had to rush through the gate.

This tradition dates back to the times of the Northern War, when Peter I passed under the stone gate in a carriage. There is a legend that the stones were the gates of the old church. One day Pan decided to cure his blind dog. He rode his horse under the rocks three times, and his dog ran after him. So he insulted the sacred stones, after which they began to settle into the ground. From the once majestic gate, only a small opening remains, where you can only crawl. Another wonderful property of the "stone gate" is that sometimes water begins to seep out of the stones. People say, " The stones are crying." People use the collected water to treat various diseases. An Orthodox church used to stand next to the unusual stones. Unfortunately, it has not been preserved to our time. Years later, a chapel was built on this place.
