The mass grave is located on the territory of the Krasnensky Village Council, in the center of the village in the park. The soldiers who died in the battles against the Nazi invaders in 1943-1944 are buried in the grave. Among those buried are soldiers of the 49th, 64th, 200th, 369th rifle divisions, who held the defense on this section of the front line. In 1948, an obelisk was erected on the grave, next to the boards with the names of the deceased countrymen.
