The building of the former cinema "Cosmos" is famous for its bas-relief depicting Yuri Gagarin. It appeared only in 1975, 12 years after the opening of the cinema itself. The cinema was very spacious – with a spacious hall for 600 seats. The bas-relief was originally planned to be made of bronze, but there were not enough funds for this. In the 2000s, the cinema was already closed, and the building was in disrepair and not so long ago the bas-relief was restored. Only there won't be a cinema here anymore.
