Sports complex "Palova Arena" is located next to the Palace of Sports in Minsk. Basketball court for basketball 3x3 commissioned in 2015.
In the arena under the dome there are six special Italian stands, spectator stands, a polypropylene cover, in which all major international 3x3 basketball tournaments are played. On the arena there are stands with a capacity of 1000 seats.
In August 2015, the first European Youth Basketball Championship 3x3 (U18) was held at the site.
