Goretskaya Children and Youth Sports School

The Goretsky children's and youth sports school, being a complex specialized educational and sports institution, organizes its activity in six types: hockey, track and field, handball, freestyle, equestrian sport.
2012 can be considered the beginning of a new stage in the development of sports and physical culture in the city. The Goretsky children's and youth sports school got a modern sports complex - "Ice arena", as well as a modern sports stadium.
On the basis of the sports complex "Ice Arena" events are held at various levels: the republican handball championship, mini-football, the republican futsal cup, international children's ice hockey tournaments, competitions for the sports that are cultivated in the Youth Sports School among athletes.

The sports complex "Ice Arena" renders paid services for:

• The provision of a sports hall for game sports for carrying out sports, entertainment and cultural events;
• The provision of an ice arena for sporting events and cultural and entertainment events;
• Rental of skates;
• Sessions for mass skating for individuals and organizations;
• Employment in the gym;
• Providing a football field, a mini-football field, a tennis court with artificial covers for physical culture and sports.
• Services of a recovery center (sauna).

• The ice arena is 60x28 m with spectator stands for 568 seats;
• Sports hall 48x30m with spectator stands for 370 seats;
• The football field is 109x72 m, with artificial surface, stands for 1482 seats, sports core, circular treadmills with artificial surface, sectors for throwing the nucleus, javelins, long jumps, information board, lighting masts.
• The mini football field is 21h44m, it also has an artificial covering, and stands for spectators for 96 seats.
• Tennis court - 20x39m is provided with stands for spectators for 96 seats, has a fence made of metal mesh and has a coating of artificial materials.
• Exercise room: power training hall for 14 people, fitness room for 12 people.
