Everything about the art of cross stitching will be told in Gomel

In the Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace in Gomel, one can visit the exhibition The Nightingale and the Rose. Cross-stitch anthology.

Visitors will be able to find out when the art of embroidery appeared, what are the distinctive features of Belarusian embroidery, which images and plots were most often chosen by our ancestors and why.

You will see aprons, wallets, dresses and shirts, towels decorated with Belarusian embroidery. The exhibition also features magazines with embroidery patterns, threads, needles and kits for needlewomen.
