Works by artist Yuri Pen will be presented in Gomel

On June 17, in the Rumyantsev-Paskevich palace in Gomel, an exhibition of paintings by the artist Yuri Pen Prekrasnoe otrajenie will be opened.

A native of the Kovno province and a graduate of the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, Yuri Pen came to Vitebsk at the invitation of the governor and fell in love with this city with all his heart. More than once he admired its beauty. The master has lived in Vitebsk for over 42 years and dedicated many paintings to it. The exposition Prekrasnoe otrajenie, which will be presented in Gomel, includes famous landscapes and portraits. In his works, the artist showed the spirit of the time, national flavor, the beauty of the city on the Dvina River and its inhabitants.

It will be possible to visit the exhibition until the end of August 2021.
