How the partisan movement was born in Belarus

An exhibition dedicated to the partisan movement in Belarus has opened at the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. The exposition The Ruins Fired presents photographs and documents revealing details about the participants of the Minsk detachments.

The exhibition shows how the partisan movement was born in 1941-1942. The documents presented in the exhibition complement the materials that can be seen on the permanent exhibitions of the museum dedicated to the partisans.
