The II European Games, which solemnly ended on June 30, had a beneficial effect on the tourist flow to Belarus. As previously reported, tourists began to visit the regions of Belarus more often, where there was a visa-free regime. Theatres, museums and national parks were very popular among visitors. So, for example, 1173 foreign tourists visited the Museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War in Minsk just a week from June 21 to June 27! The museum noted the interest of tourists to the partisan movement in Belarus.
