The representative of World Tourism Organization said that the organization appreciates the level of organization of the European Games in Minsk. In its further work on the development of sport tourism, the organization intends to use the experience of Belarus. It is planned that 2020 will be the Year of agro-ecotourism. And the experience of Belarus will be used as an example of high organization of sporting events.

Belarus has been a member of UNWTO since 2005. Recently, the organization has praised efforts to develop tourism in Belarus.
