A new cycling route will soon appear not far from the Yelnya republican reserve in the Miorsky region.

It will start from the estate Zhuravlinaya Yelnya, then it will run near abandoned villages, marvellous lakes, a church, a school, an eco-trail of the reserve, a dam, and an old estate. Tourists can deviate a little from the route and visit the famous waterfalls on the Vyata River near Prudniki village.

The route is round. Its total length is 76 kilometers. In the future, because of its length, it is planned to build bicycle stations along the route so that travellers could have a rest.

At the moment, the pupils of the local school are testing the cycle route and give their comments to make it the most convenient for vacationers.
