Electric scooters began to interfere with the movement of pedestrians. Local authorities have found a way out — creating a mobile map of the city. There will be marked special red zones where traveling on electric scooters will be prohibited. Such zones will include part of the center of Grodno, as well as the area around historical buildings and monuments.
