The other day, Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade gave official comments on the rules for transporting personal baggage of passengers and bicycles in particular. Each passenger of the Belarusian railway transport is entitled to free carry-on of hand luggage weighing up to 36 kilograms if the amount of its three dimensions does not exceed 200 cm. If these conditions are violated in one of the points, the passenger must pay the amount corresponding to the full cost of the ticket for carrying such baggage. This rule also applies to bicycles that are not selected in a separate category, and therefore belong to carry-on baggage.
