Svetlogorsk offer to become the first creative city in Belarus. Such a proposal for the development of the city with a dubious reputation voiced Margarita Lazarenkova, a local expert on Belarus initiative "Creative cities and regions".

For an embodiment in a reality of this idea was created by a specific action plan for 2017-2020y:

• the new logo of the city;
• artistic design of public places and creating a new stylish design of the city;
• festival movement, and many others.

By 2025, the image of the city change dramatically, instead of "city junkies" - it is:

• the city with excellent conditions for development of creative entrepreneurship;
• creative and "green" Svetlogorsk with a healthy atmosphere.
