One of the expositions that is form part of the open-air archaeological museum is opened in the Belovezhskaya Pushcha by the end of this year: an ancient settlement.

The whole museum will be located on 18 hectares of land and will include only seven objects, one of which tourists will be able to see in December. The settlement will include a ditch and a rampart, defensive fortifications, a lookout tower, ancient dwellings.

In addition, an unusual museum exhibits parts of material and spiritual culture: fishing gear, hunting weapons, collecting items and handicrafts.

The museum also involves a large number of interactivity: each visitor can temporarily plunge into the life of the ancient Slavs and try themselves in pottery or weaving.
