Government Decree No. 751 of October 20, 2018 set the dates for the commencement and termination of ticket sales, organizations authorized to sell tickets, ticket details, rules for purchasing, using and return ticket cases.

Tickets can be purchased from December 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

The official operator for the sale of tickets for the European Games is Ticketpro LLC. You can also purchase tickets from another representative of the games of 2019, at the RUIE “СENTRKURORT” or on its online site VETLIVA.COM. Simultaneously with the sale of tickets to the European Games competitions, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies, all types of tourist services will be presented on the portal.

For one ticket (copy of an electronic ticket), only one foreign citizen or stateless person can enter Belarus once.

A copy of the electronic ticket is available for download to the owner on the website of the ticket operator as a .pdf file after payment. A copy of the electronic ticket can be exchanged for the original ticket at the ticket office in the manner prescribed by the ticket operator.

In case of refusal of entry into Belarus on the grounds stipulated by the legislation of the country, the ticket holder will be able to return them. When the ticket is returned to its owner, the cost of this ticket is returned, equal to the price of its purchase.

It is assumed that, closer to the start of the competition, tickets will be available not only on the Internet, but also at the ticket offices of Minsk and other cities of Belarus, as well as at 400 points of offline sales of the network of Ticketpro partners.

II European Games will be held in Minsk from 21 to 30 June 2019 in 15 sports.
