Commemorative coins for the European Games will appear in Belarus

It is a serious preparation for the European Games. Earlier we already wrote about the introduction of a visa-free regime, about decorating the capital for the main event of the year, about styling metro trains and organizing fan zones directly to the event itself. It is also known that the competition will release a book. The National Bank announced its intention to issue commemorative coins of 1, 20 and 50 rubles in currency. The alloy will vary depending on the nominal.

So, 50-ruble coins will be gold. All of them will be released 300 pieces. Coins of 20 rubles will be silver. They will be released 1500 pieces. 3,000 copper-nickel coins with a par value of 1 ruble will be released.

Despite the unusual appearance, the commemorative coins put into circulation are legal tender on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. It will be possible to pay them at face value at any calculations.

We remind you that VETLIVA will help you buy tickets for the European Games and find accommodation for the duration of the competition.
