The national airport Minsk appeared in the news recently. Belavia airplanes are now flying from Minsk to Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport. And earlier it was reported that a cafe with a barista robot may appear at the National Airport soon.

According to the head of the Minsktrans Aleksey Avramenko, at the moment, the department is actively working on the issue of launching an aeroexpress from Minsk to the National Airport. A decision on this issue will be made soon.

The specialist noted, that given the construction of the second runway between the airport and the city, a modern rail link must be established. Remind that the movement of trains from Minsk to the National Airport was stopped in April 2017 due to the start of construction of the second runway.
