Belavia and the National Airport of Minsk were among the most punctual airlines and airports in the world. Minsk airport was put in one line with the airport in Beauvais (France), Newcastle (Britain) and others.

The study, which was done by OAG located in the UK from October of last year to March 2017, allowed Belavia and the National Airport of Minsk to enter the top 10 and take the 8th place in the rating of the most punctual airlines and airports. To get in the number of the researched companies, the airline must make at least six hundred flights a month, and the flight or arrival with a delay of more than 15 minutes is already considered as a delay. According to the data obtained as a result of the study, in the period from October 2016 to March 2017, the National Airport of Minsk carried out slightly more than 90 percent of flights on time, and the Belavia airline - 88.8 percent.

The Minsk National Airport was given 5 stars, which are given for the result from 90 to 100 percent of flights, and Belavia company - 4 stars (87.5-89.9%). Companies that received less than 75% of the flights without delay were not included in the rating.
