Many sights of Belarus have survived to our times and need reconstruction. For that purpose, the state invites individuals and private enterprises to purchase historical buildings, which need to be repaired. In 2007, LLC Demetra company bought a building located on Gorky Street in Pinsk.

Now in 2019, it’s reparation is nearly finished. About 300 thousand dollars were invested so that now the historical building will sparkle with new colours. Now the owner is busy with interior decorating. In the future, various shops, offices and points providing to the population social and medical services will be opened here.

A few facts from VETLIVA: the building was built in 1902 as The Bristol Hotel. After the Second World War, it was re-qualified for a military hospital, and after 1995 and until 2004, it had been serving as a shelter for patients of the Pinsk Clinic Oncology Dispensary. By the way, this is not the only architectural monument that is used not by its significance: in the famous Pinsk Moore, the Butrimovich’s Palace, which can be seen during a tour to Pinsk, wedding registrations are held.
