Restaurant "Westphalia"

Restaurant "Westphalia" by right can be called one of the oldest in the city of Minsk. For 20 years now the restaurant continues to please its guests with excellent cuisine and excellent service.

The restaurant building, as well as the interior spaces, are distinguished by an unusual design, which was designed and implemented by the German architect. The project was based on the work of the famous Malevich, so the interior of Westphalia is simplicity, elegance and strict geometric forms.

The restaurant got its name in honor of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, but the menu includes not only the national dishes of Germany. It serves traditional Belarusian and European cuisine. Guests can try pancakes with gravy, eggplants cooked according to the Italian recipe, a black paste with mushrooms and vegetables, steaks from salmon and much more. In winter, visitors to the restaurant are offered a duck in cherry sauce, hearty hot dishes, soups and warm vegetable salads. In the spring - simple salads with an unusual dressing. And in the summer they treat them with branded cold soups, which are a combination of fresh strawberries and ice cream.

The institution is famous for its wide choice of desserts (strudel, cheesecake, sorbet) and fresh pastries. Addition to any dish will be cocktails, warming winter teas and mixes, freshly squeezed juices and alcoholic beverages. A children's and vegetarian menu is developed.
