Gastrobar «Werden» was opened in March 2016 in the very center of old Grodno. We collected impressions from Asia, Europe, Russia and expressed them in our dishes. Gastrobar is first and foremost an emphasis on gastronomy. We consider our kitchen to be a restaurant and we complement it with wines from all over the world and drinks that we prepare ourselves.

Local culinary traditions inspire us to new ideas and rethinking the usual dishes. From pork shank and chanterelles to cranberries and mountain ash, local products reveal their gastronomic potential in our dishes.
